I don’t understand your pain, but I do understand pain. This is something I tell my clients. They are people who may be working through a major life challenge, dealing with depression, anxiety, a mood disorder, or relational distress. I treat individuals in the process of vocational rehabilitation who are trying to get back on their feet. Mostly, I work with those suffering from trauma and have sought specific training in this area. Let me walk with you through whatever it is and help you do the work, because I’ve done it too. As aforementioned, I work with those suffering from a traumatic experience. I am certified as a clinical trauma therapist and have been trained in various modes of therapy. ART is an extremely powerful technique that can transform your life.
I believe in a collaborative approach where therapy is a safe place for you to come find healing. I am a Christian who uses a non-judgmental approach and accepts individuals from all backgrounds, religious practices, and orientations. I utilize Gestalt and person-centered theory to create an open collaboration with my client; believing that therapy involves me meeting you where you are.
